1. Use of the App

CrowdWizard provides information about wait times, nearby rides, and personalized suggestions. You agree to use the app only for its intended purposes and not for any unlawful activity.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any personal information associated with it. You must not misuse the app, such as by attempting unauthorized access, or engaging in any activity that could disrupt the app’s functionality.

3. Account and Permissions

Some features of the app, such as notifications and location-based services, may require you to enable specific permissions. By granting these permissions, you agree that we can use the data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

4. Content and Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate information, such as wait times and ride suggestions, we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of the data. Wait times may be inaccurate due to various issues, including errors in reporting the current wait time, processing delays in the cloud or on the app, and procedural changes from Disney or other partners.  Always look at the lines and Disney's posted wait times, and use your own judgement about the likely wait time before deciding to get into a line.  Use the app at your own risk. The app is provided "as is," and we disclaim any warranties regarding the app’s performance or accuracy.

5. Crowd forecasts

CrowdWizard provides forecasted wait times based on historical data and trends. While we make our best effort to offer accurate predictions, these forecasts may be incorrect for various reasons, including but not limited to unexpected weather conditions, local or national events affecting crowd sizes, changes in Disney's pricing, reservation policies, or availability, and other unforeseen factors. The information is provided "as is," and we do not guarantee its accuracy. You acknowledge that the wait times may differ from actual conditions, and you use this information at your own discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use or inability to use the app, including any inaccuracies in the information provided. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

7. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any features of the app at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms and Conditions from time to time, so we encourage you to review them periodically.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to CrowdWizard at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, and any disputes arising from your use of the app will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in California.
